Desiccated Coconut
Desiccated coconut is made by shredding and dehydrating the flesh of mature coconuts.
We can supply desiccated coconut in medium, fine and extra fine grades. It’s also available as toasted nibbles.
It can be used to add sweetness and flavour to bakery products, dairy products, desserts, confectionery and chocolate treats, and to enhance the flavour of increasingly popular Asian cooking.
